My QAC and organization work

Open My QAC or Org QAC from Operations or a project's Agents page. Both links open the organization activity page at /o/<organization-slug>/qac/activity.

My QAC shows your permitted personal work. Org QAC shows organization work you may currently access. Organization ownership does not reveal another person's private conversation. Access is checked before counts, pagination and resource links.

The read-only view includes queued turns, approvals, waits and workflow evidence with their evidence timestamps. Long-lived queued work remains visible. An expired lease means the outcome is unknown; this view does not label it lost, retry it or infer completion.

qac_work_list and qac_work_read expose the same scoped read boundary through MCP. They require an organization bot key with the chat scope; runner and user-scoped keys are excluded. Current resource access is rechecked for each read.

This view does not approve, cancel, resume or execute work, change model preferences, or call a provider. Its workflow evidence is not confirmation of external delivery. Customer execution isolation and other held capabilities retain their separate gates.
