Registered when: the two outreach flags + outreach.linkedin (on by default); a LinkedIn action is only queued as a draft, a person approves it.
outreach_linkedin_campaigns
A project's LinkedIn campaigns (the ids outreach_linkedin_queue_action needs) and the tasks queued in them with their status (draft, approved, ...). Read-only. A person defines campaigns and connects their own LinkedIn browser.

outreach_linkedin_queue_action
QUEUE one LinkedIn action for one CRM contact as a DRAFT for a person to approve (action: connect with a short note, message, open_profile, read_replies). It sends nothing: the person reviews and approves the exact text in the project's Outreach page, and only their own paired browser can then run it. The contact needs a LinkedIn profile URL and must not be do-not-contact; the campaign must exist (outreach_linkedin_campaigns). One contact per call, never a bulk list. Write the note as one person to one person.
