Registered when: signed-in org admin session only; API keys and user tokens are excluded; canonical order route enforces current tenant/CRM access; read only, no provider writes.

commerce_order

Read a tenant order, canonical invoice state and immutable reconciliation entries. No provider writes. Requires a signed-in session until machine access is separately authorized.
