project_archive_settings_get
Read a project's auto-archive settings: doneAutoArchiveHours (default 72), cancelledAutoArchiveHours and supersededAutoArchiveHours (default 24 each; null = off) and the closed-stage toggle.

project_archive_settings_update
Change a project's auto-archive windows (hours 1-8760, or null to turn a rule off) or its closed-stage toggle. Needs project:manage. Archiving is reversible and notifies nobody.
