automation_recipe_compile

Assemble an explicitly selected recipe against the current real automation catalog. Unsupported connected nodes return actionable blocked steps. An explicit handoff creates only a disabled workflow proposal for the existing automation create API; this tool never saves, runs, approves, schedules or sends.
