FAQ

Does my bug report get uploaded anywhere?

No. The checks run in your browser. If you unlock the template, we save your name, email and score only, never the text you pasted.

How is the score calculated?

Seven pattern checks with fixed points: title 10, repro steps 25, expected vs actual 20, environment 15, location 10, evidence 15, frequency 5. It checks that the information is there, not that it's right.

We already use a tracker. Do we need to switch?

No. The template works in any tracker. If you try GoodQA, it can export enriched bugs to GitHub Issues one way.

What does GoodQA cost?
